On June 16, the main forum of the 2023 Transunion (10th) Solid Waste Resources Summit Forum was held in Shanghai. With the theme of "High-level resource utilization, pollution reduction and carbon reduction", the forum interpreted policies and industry development, analyzed market characteristics and technological progress, shared business models and successful cases, and contributed to the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of solid waste. Keynote speech

During the meeting, Chen Xiaobo, chief engineer of Xuelang Engineering, gave a keynote speech on "Discussion on energy recovery Ways of domestic waste incineration Project". In the promotion of green and sustainable development, China is paying more and more attention to the treatment of domestic waste. Under this situation, strengthening the recovery and application of waste heat from domestic waste incinerators can create the final value of domestic waste, meet the needs of people's waste treatment, and supply energy for people's production and life, so as to promote the recycling of waste treatment. Chen Xiaobo pointed out that waste heat from domestic waste incinerators is often used for power generation and heating, such as converting the heat generated by domestic waste incineration into electricity, using waste heat from incinerators for winter heating and so on. However, at present, China's domestic waste incineration power plant project energy utilization level is relatively low, the average project energy utilization rate is about 21%.

In terms of current energy utilization improvement methods, Chen Xiaobo shared three ways of condensate loss utilization, smoke exhaust heat loss utilization, and improvement of power generation steam parameters, and introduced two representative projects of Xuelang environment in detail: Jinzhou Municipal solid waste incineration power generation project and Guannan County urban and rural solid waste incineration project.

Project description: The daily waste treatment capacity is 500 tons/day, the total investment of the first phase is 309 million yuan, using 1×500t/d Segars stokers, installed capacity is 10MW, flue gas purification using "SNCR+ semi-dry method + dry method + activated carbon spray + cloth bag dust removal".

Project name: Guannan County urban and rural domestic waste incineration power generation project

Project information: The daily waste disposal volume of the project is 700 tons/day, and the total investment of the project is 350 million yuan. 2×350t/d Martin grate is adopted, the installed capacity is 15MW, and the flue gas is purified by SNCR+ semi-dry method + dry method + activated carbon spray + cloth bag dust removal.
