On October 30, the sludge resource utilization project of Shanghai Jiading Urban Development Group sewage Plant, which was provided by Xuelang Environment with flue gas system supply and guidance for installation and commissioning, successfully completed the 168-hour trial operation of two boilers and one machine, marking the completion of the construction and commissioning work of the project, providing valuable experience and reliable guarantee for the next operation work.

Shanghai Jiading Urban Development Group belongs to Shanghai Jiading District SASAC. This project is the first municipal sludge incineration waste heat power generation project in China. It is also a flue gas treatment system for the snow wave environment using the process of "electrostatic dust removal (general fly ash) + dry deacidification (slaked lime, sodium bicarbonate injection) + activated carbon adsorption + bag dust removal (dangerous fly ash) + wet washing + flue gas heating (GGH) + induced draft fan + chimney", which has further innovation compared with the traditional sludge treatment mode. The incinerator used in the project was supplied by Sigars, Belgium, a strategic partner of Snowwave Environmental. At the same time, the project makes full use of the advantages of the regional industrial cluster, and relies on Shanghai Jiading Renewable Energy Co., LTD. (the company's flue gas purification system project is also supplied by our company and guided the installation and commissioning) to provide steam heat energy, debrine, and circulating water, which better practices the concept of circular economy and ecological environmental protection.

With the successful completion of the 168-hour test operation of the unit, the performance acceptance of the Xuelang environmental flue gas purification system has been successfully completed. After the operation of the project, it will create good economic benefits and extensive social value for the region, and add to the construction of "waste free city" in Jiading District.
