Recently, the Fujian Jiayue annual treatment of 200,000 tons of copper, nickel and other metal sludge resource utilization project contracted by our company successfully completed the thermal load trial production work. Jiayue Resource utilization project takes metal containing waste as raw material, through premixing → pre-baking → roasting → reduction + replacement + eutectic → slag-making separation → product production process, recovery and utilization of copper, nickel and a small amount of valuable precious metals in industrial sludge. The project realizes the resource utilization of waste, and at the same time can avoid the generation of secondary hazardous waste in the production process, and realize the thorough resource and harmless waste.
Fujian Jiayue metal-containing waste Resource utilization project Waste resource utilization system is built by our company, mainly including pretreatment and batching, feeding system, roasting system, melting system, flue gas purification treatment system, sewage treatment system, public and auxiliary engineering facilities, power supply and distribution and instrument control system. The project selected the domestic advanced metal sludge fire resource disposal process and equipment, the use of counter-current roasting and static pressure brick making machine dual-line block combination, oxygen rich side-blowing melting furnace to extract valuable metals, supporting pulse bag dust removal system, thermal storage combustion system (RTO), low temperature denitrification system (SCR), lime gypsum desulfurization system and other advanced environmental protection facilities. It has the characteristics of safety, stability and energy saving.
Through the thermal load trial production, the advantages of the technology used in the construction project in the adaptation, standard discharge, production efficiency, cost, energy saving, operation control and other aspects of the metal containing hazardous waste fire resource utilization industry are verified, especially the pollutant emission is far lower than the ultra-low emission standard.
The successful trial production of this project is another successful application case of Xuelang environment in the resource utilization project of metal-containing sludge, which lays a solid foundation for the continuous deep cultivation of Xuelang environment in the field of resource utilization of metal-containing industrial sludge.
