On May 12, 2023 China Urban Environmental Health Association Industrial Solid Waste and Hazardous Waste Treatment Committee Annual meeting and industry innovation development Seminar was successfully held in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. Xuelang Environment, as the executive director unit of China Urban Environmental Health Association, was invited to attend the meeting. Hu Jianmin, chairman and president of Xuelang Environment, attended the meeting and was added as executive Vice president of China Urban Environmental Health Association. Gao Yonggui, Vice President of Xuelang Environment, and Shao Min, President of Shanghai Environmental Institute attended the meeting.

The seminar was organized by the China Urban Environmental Health Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) and hosted by the Association's Industrial Solid Waste and Hazardous Waste Treatment Committee. Government authorities from Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong and other places, representatives of member units of the special committee, well-known experts and scholars in the industry gathered together to carry out a special discussion on the innovation and development opportunities of the general industrial solid waste and hazardous waste treatment industry, and jointly plan new measures for the future development of the industry.

Seminar keynote speech


Chen Xiaobo, chief engineer of Snow Wave Engineering, gave a keynote speech on "Discussion on Energy recovery Ways of domestic waste incineration Project" at the seminar. Chen Xiaobo discussed and exchanged the waste heat recovery status of domestic waste incinerator, energy efficiency improvement methods and engineering application cases from three aspects. In terms of energy utilization improvement methods, Chen Xiaobo shared three ways of condensate loss utilization, exhaust smoke loss utilization, and improving power generation steam parameters, and shared the case of flue gas waste heat heating primary air through Jinzhou domestic waste incineration power generation project.

Yang Wenhao, deputy chief engineer of Shanghai Environmental Institute, gave a keynote speech on the process design of industrial sludge resource incineration under the background of double carbon. Yang Wenhao gave a speech from three aspects: environmental protection industry under the background of double carbon, industrial sludge resource fire process design thinking, and project case sharing. In the process design of industrial sludge resource fire method, Yang Wenhao shared his design thoughts from the aspects of environmental protection melting process, melting pool melting process, waste heat utilization process, etc., and shared the multi-system treatment experience of hazardous waste incineration, physicalization, solidification, landfill and industrial sludge resource utilization under construction through the case of Nanjing Excellent Environmental Protection Solid hazardous waste disposal project.

Project Name: Jinzhou Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Power Generation Project (Phase I)


Project description: The daily waste treatment capacity is 500 tons/day, the total investment of the first phase is 309 million yuan, using 1×500t/d Segars stokers, installed capacity is 10MW, flue gas purification using "SNCR+ semi-dry method + dry method + activated carbon spray + cloth bag dust removal".

Project name: Guannan County urban and rural domestic waste incineration power generation project


Project information: The daily waste disposal volume of the project is 700 tons/day, and the total investment of the project is 350 million yuan. 2×350t/d Martin grate is adopted, the installed capacity is 15MW, and the flue gas is purified by SNCR+ semi-dry method + dry method + activated carbon spray + cloth bag dust removal.

Project scale: The total scale of the project is 300,000 tons/year.

Project name: Zhenjiang Venous Industrial Park construction waste recycling project


Project scale:


(1) The land within the construction area is about 50 mu, and the workshop is about 11,000 square meters;


(2) Build a resource reuse production line with a production scale of 300,000 tons/year;


(3) Construction of a fully automatic recycled brick (block) production line, the production scale (calculated by road pavement bricks) 500,000 square meters/year.
