On April 23, the cooperation framework agreement of China Environmental Monitoring Station fixed source gas VOC-CEMS on-site centralized testing platform was officially signed in Shanghai Changying.
The applicability test of monitoring instruments is an effective means to standardize and evaluate the performance quality of instruments, and is the basic work to ensure the quality of environmental monitoring data. The applicability testing of VOC-CEMS for stationary pollution sources plays an important role in standardizing the performance and quality of such instruments, supporting the requirements of environmental supervision and management, and promoting the technical progress of instruments. Therefore, the construction and operation of the VOC-CEMS on-site centralized testing platform of China Environmental Monitoring Station Shanghai Fengxian is of great significance. The construction of Shanghai Fengxian waste gas VOC-CEMS field monitoring site is aimed at the bottleneck problems faced in the current testing, and is another innovative cooperation for enterprises to solve problems. The completion and operation of the platform can not only effectively improve the detection level of waste gas VOC-CEMS, but also lay a good foundation for China's fixed pollution source VOC emission supervision and data quality and quality control.
The construction of a testing laboratory for the applicability of special instruments and equipment for environmental monitoring is a requirement clearly put forward by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council in the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Environmental Monitoring and Improving the Quality of Environmental Monitoring Data. The construction of this project is also an important measure to implement the spirit of the two documents.
