Recently, Xuelang Environment and Puma (Shanghai) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed the contract of "Plasma technology Hazardous waste resource regeneration and zero emission disposal research and industrialization project tail gas treatment", the construction site is located in Shanghai Chemical Industrial Park C5-2A and C5-2B block.
Two identical plasma melting disposal systems have been installed in the Puma Shanghai Chemical Zone project for the disposal of mixed ash and slag hazardous waste, with each plasma furnace having a disposal capacity of about 4 tons of mixed hazardous waste per hour. The tail gas treatment of the project is undertaken by our company, and the main processes include SNCR denitrification +PNCR denitrification + smoke quenching + dry deacidification (lime) + activated carbon jet + bag dust removal + wet deacidification +GGH flue gas reheating + activated carbon adsorption tower system.
The design and construction of the project's environmental protection treatment facilities are strictly implemented in accordance with the "Hazardous Waste Incineration Pollution Control Standard" GB18484-2020 and related industry standards and landmarks.
The signing of this project represents the successful breakthrough of Xuelang Environment in the field of exhaust gas treatment of plasma dual-electrode hazardous waste treatment process. After the completion of the project, Xuelang Environment will become a few domestic exhaust treatment suppliers with actual cases in this field, and set a new benchmark for Xuelang Environment to enter the field of exhaust gas treatment of dual-electrode plasma hazardous waste resource utilization.
