Since the success of the baking furnace ignition oven on September 16, after more than half a month of operational personnel training and on-site equipment inspection and deficiency, the Wuxi Jiangfeng utilization and disposal of copper waste 100,000 tons/year safety and environmental protection improvement project contracted by Xuelang Environment EPC officially entered the full sprint trial production stage on October 1.

In order to ensure that the trial operation of the Jiangfeng project can successfully meet the standards and reach the production, the technical and engineering staff of the Xuelang Environmental New Industry Development Center resolutely chose to give up their leave and volunteered to enter the Jiangfeng project, implementing the double duty system, and fully guaranteeing the trial production of the Jiangfeng project.

On October 2, Project Manager Jiang Xiaoyong, together with Jiangfeng Company, Joint headquarters and the participating units, held a meeting to confirm the readiness of each equipment before trial production. At the meeting, the calibration and operation mode of dust collector, RTO, SCR and wet desulfurization equipment were formulated one by one.  

At 8 p.m. on October 3, the entire system was found to be out of alignment during the test transfer of the RTO inlet temperature. After receiving the notice from the central control room, electrical engineer Yu Fei rushed to the scene with spare parts to troubleshoot the problem and ensure the normal test transfer of the system.

On the evening of October 4, with the "ignition" order of Zhang Hongxing, general manager of the project company, Jiangfeng project officially entered the trial production stage.

Jiangfeng Project is a successful test in the field of Xuelang environmental layout waste resource utilization. In the future, the new industrial development center will be driven by technological innovation to help Xuelang environment change.
