On the morning of September 16, Wuxi Jiangfeng, which was EPC contracted by Xuelang Environment and went through a 7-month construction period, successfully fired the rociner for 100,000 tons/year safety and environmental protection improvement transformation project of copper-containing waste, and officially put into hot trial production, marking the success of Xuelang Environmental New Industry Development Center in the field of waste resources.  

Wuxi Jiangfeng use and disposal of copper waste 100,000 tons/year technical transformation project started construction in early 2021, the project selected domestic mainstream hazardous waste disposal equipment, natural gas hot blast furnace rotary kiln drying, countercurrent roasting, static pressure brick machine double line block combination, side blowing reduction furnace smelting copper. Advanced environmental protection process facilities such as pulse-type bag dust removal system, regenerative combustion system (RTO), low-temperature denitrification reaction system (SCR), wet desulfurization system are safe and stable, and MVR evaporation process is used to achieve zero waste water discharge, and flue gas related emission indicators are far better than national and regional standards, reaching the advanced level of the same industry in China.

Due to the small site of the operation site and the urgent construction period, the new industry development center led the establishment of the joint headquarters of Jiangfeng Technical transformation Project, detailed task decomposition, layer upon layer compaction responsibility, and still stuck to the post during the Spring Festival. Through the full cooperation of all construction units, the smooth progress in accordance with the schedule, and successfully completed the scheduled construction tasks.

Since the project broke ground, the Jiangfeng technical transformation project has been highly concerned and strongly supported by the local government and the group. After multi-party technical exchanges, the joint headquarters equipped an advanced side-blown melting furnace to carry out in-depth treatment of Jiangfeng's precious metal sludge, produce precious metal and vitreous slag (general solid waste), and realize complete recycling and closed-loop treatment of sludge disposal. The wastewater treatment reached zero discharge.  

In order to ensure a successful ignition operation, the construction team carefully planned and discussed the ignition operation scheme for many times. At the same time, the system equipment and facilities are adjusted and confirmed repeatedly.  

The new industry Development Center will take the ignition of this project as a new starting point, make unremitting efforts and forge ahead, take waste resources as the core, focus on new policies, new requirements, new ideas and new market demand for environmental protection development, and develop new fields, new directions and new models of industrial development; With the help of the Group's scientific research platform, universities and research institutes, we actively carry out industrial upgrading, accelerate the updating of technology and equipment, and create new business growth points and profit points.
