On July 22, Nanjing Excellence, under the organization of Nanjing Ecological Environment Bureau, carried out an emergency drill for collaborative disposal of medical waste related to the epidemic. Relevant staff of Nanjing Coordination Group for disposal of infected waste, Nanjing Pukou Ecological Environment Bureau, Yuhuatai District Medical waste transport unit and other relevant staff participated in the drill.

At present, the epidemic prevention and control situation in Nanjing is generally stable, but it still faces imported risks. Nanjing Bureau of Ecology and Environment and the Coordination Group for Disposal of infected waste require Nanjing Excellence, as an emergency disposal unit, to enhance the emergency disposal capacity of infected waste, improve the level of coordinated disposal and emergency response, and ensure that it can be immediately activated and operated stably under emergency conditions.

The exercise covered the transfer and disposal of medical waste for epidemic prevention, involving emergency work preparation, special and special vehicle transport, disinfection, vehicle registration, operators' own protection, site elimination, and the incineration of medical waste involved in the epidemic into the furnace and other operations. During the exercise, all the staff of the company were meticulous, the leadership attached great importance to it, promoted it in an orderly manner in strict accordance with the division of responsibilities, and the operation process was standardized and rigorous.

Through the drill, the operation process of medical waste disposal was further standardized, the work efficiency and the ability of employees to deal with emergencies were improved, and a solid defense line was built for the safe disposal of epidemic prevention medical waste in Nanjing.
