In the projects undertaken by new industries, new technologies and processes are used. For a newly established department, the pressure on technology is predictable. However, in the face of this situation, Yin Bo did not retreat, but more bravely forward, and made hard efforts to promote the project construction.

Wuxi Jiangfeng Resources Recycling Co., Ltd. uses the disposal of copper, nickel containing waste 100,000 tons/year environmental safety and quality improvement project is the new industry development center to undertake the first precious metal sludge resource project of the general contract project, the project is of great significance, is our company involved in the field based on this. In this project, INbo is responsible for the development of new technology, process design and the review of design data. In the design stage of the project, INbo resided in the design institute for design presentation, verification and drawing, and went to the site for several times to check the consistency of design and installation during the installation of equipment.

Hard work, adhere to the site maintenance production

The project started firing in September last year. In order to ensure the smooth trial production, throughout September, Yinbo has been sticking to the commissioning work at the Jiangfeng project site, working day and night with the operation and technical staff of the construction side to discuss and analyze the problems encountered.

Impressively, in a debugging process due to dry deacidizing lime spray metering system problems, resulting in lime overflow, at this time Yin Bo has returned to the residence to rest, after receiving a call, he returned to the scene for the first time, in the joint efforts with relevant personnel, to solve the emergency situation.

Process design, always adhere to the customer

In October 2021, the company began to follow up the Fujian Jiayue project. In order to provide quality services to customers, Yin and other technologies and businesses went to Jiayue Environmental protection many times to deeply explore the needs of the owners. Combined with the accumulated new technological achievements, after one and a half months, the process design scheme was recognized by the owners and the Jiayue project was successfully won. The contract amount of Jiayue project is about 110 million yuan, and the signing of this project represents another breakthrough in the field of resource utilization of Xuelang environment. In Shanghai Puma plasma melting flue gas purification project, the owner put forward many requirements in the process, Yin Bo and its technical team explained and adjusted the problem points one by one, so that the owner felt the customer-centric service purpose insisted on by the snow wave environment, successfully broke through many competitors and won the bid for the solid waste plasma melting resource project.

R&d and innovation, and constantly improve the technical strength

In the past few years, in the process of project construction and operation and maintenance, Yin Bo is good at opening up ideas and technological innovation. After each design and system trial operation, he always summarizes the novel points in the design in time, reflects on the shortcomings, and sort out the technical innovation points. At present, he has obtained 12 patents, including 8 individual patents and 4 cooperative patents.

Only in the Jiangfeng project, he declared three patents for the technical innovation carried out by the project.

Yinbo's spirit of innovation and overcoming difficulties has also deeply affected the technical team of the new industry, and other colleagues in the team are also constantly making progress in their respective jobs. In 2021, Yinbo has won the title of Excellent employee of Xuelang Environment and Special Contribution Award of Chairman of Xuelang Environment.
