The signing ceremony was attended by Ji Xiaodong, Vice Governor of New District of Changzhou City, Sheng Xin, Party Secretary and Chairman of Changgaoxin Group, Hu Jianmin, chairman and general manager of Xuelang Environment, Wang Chongbiao, Chen Zhuocheng, Ma Qi, Song Xin, Jiang Hongyuan, Ni Yongqiang, general manager of Andritz Air Pollution Control Department, and Xu Xuequn, sales director of Separation Department.
