In order to strengthen the construction of the company's skilled personnel team, stimulate the enthusiasm for innovation and hard work. On the afternoon of November 25, 2020, the welder skills Operation competition organized by Xuelang Environmental Manufacturing Center was successfully held in Hudai Factory area.

The participants of this skill competition are pre-selected from the welding personnel in each workshop, and a total of 10 players are selected as 4 people in the environmental protection workshop (Ni Jianwen, Wang Baojun, Huang Xuhong, Wang Chao), 3 people in the conveying workshop (Chen Rujiang, Yang Zhijian, Chen Haibing), and 3 people in the metalworking workshop (Zhang Shaochun, Zhu Huineng, Zhu Guiping).

The arc of the competition site is overflowing, the welding equipment is roaring, and the welding flowers are blooming brilliantly. Under the time limit of 50 minutes, the contestants were calm, standardized and orderly in the welding technology competition, and successfully completed the welding task within the specified time.  

The competition review team will conduct a fair and impartial assessment, review and score on the participants from five aspects: wearing safety protective equipment, using welding equipment, welding appearance quality, welding completion time and equipment return, and evaluate the results of the competition according to the total score ranking. One first prize, two second prizes and three third prizes were awarded.

After the end of the competition, Jiang pointed out that the skill competition has played out the level and style, and I hope all employees will base themselves on their positions and practice their skills, and there will be gains after their efforts. Jiang stressed that the future development of the snow wave environment must have a sense of innovation, and technological innovation is inseparable from the operation of the high skill level of employees in various positions.

This skill competition aims to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to learn skills, improve the overall skill level of enterprise employees, and lay the foundation for improving production efficiency and product quality.
