Project scale: 2×100t/d, divided into two phases.

Process configuration: Phase I: waste collection and transportation waste storage → waste pretreatment → rotary kiln incineration → secondary combustion chamber incineration → Waste heat recovery (including SNCR) → quench tower → dry deacidification → activated carbon adsorption → bag dust removal → two-stage wet deacidification → wet electric defogging → Flue gas heater →GGH heat exchanger →SCR system → induced draft fan → standard discharge.

Phase II: Waste collection and transportation → waste storage → waste pretreatment → rotary kiln incineration → secondary combustion chamber incineration → cooling tower → quench tower → dry deacidification (lime + primary baking soda) → activated carbon adsorption → primary bag deacidification → dry deacidification (secondary baking soda) → activated carbon injection → secondary bag deacidification →SCR system → two-stage wet deacidification → Steam gas heater → induced draft fan → standard discharge.
